种皮蜡质与乌拉尔甘草种子抗菌及抗老化能力的关系

摘 要:

本文研究了乌拉尔甘草种子种皮蜡质的厚度与蜡质抑菌效果、蜡质与种子抗老化能力和种子吸水能力的关系。结 果表明: 用浓硫酸浸泡2~3 min可完全除去蜡质, 蜡质的厚度约为30 μm; 接种菌液后, 脱蜡种子在PDA培养基上形成的青霉 和曲霉菌斑的直径显著大于不脱蜡的种子形成的菌斑直径, 但蜡质的体外抗菌能力不明显; 随着老化时间的延长, 脱蜡种 子的含水量增加速度和发芽率下降速度明显快于未脱蜡种子, 且在湿度较高的环境下, 脱蜡种子的平衡水分比未脱蜡种子 显著升高, 说明蜡质在一定程度上可以保护种子不易受外界湿度的影响。

Abstract:

The relation between surface wax and its ability of antisepsis, anti-aging and water-content in licorice (Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.) seeds was analyzed. The result showed that the wax thickness of seed surface was about 30 μm, and it could be completely removed by soaked with concentrated sulfuric acid for 2–3 min. After inoculated with mildew, the dewaxed seeds formed bigger blaques on PDA medium than the control seeds, but the antiseptic effect of wax in vitro was not obvious. With aging, the water content of dewaxed seeds rose more quickly than control, with much more quickly declining in germination rate. Under high humidity environment, the equilibrium water content of the dewaxed seeds was significantly higher than the original seeds, indicated that the wax could protect the seeds from intrusion of external humidity.
